currently our life is a bit of a mess because of this. Our sense of time is super warped (thinking it's been a day when it's been a week, thinking it has been a week when it has been a day, forgetting what year or month it is or how old we are, etc. right now for some reason we keep getting confused and thinking it is November)

we keep trying calendars and journaling and stuff but that is just one more timed activity we need to remember to do on time and only seems to make things worse. previously our bipolar tracking app was sort of helping because it had scheduled check-in notification function but then it broke at some point and doesn't do that anymore for reasons we haven't been able to fix.

it is frustrating because most common advice doesn't seem to help with this (it does help with some other things, so we keep trying but this is still a huge problem) we are considering looking into maybe seeing if any ADHD advice helps (even though we don't have ADHD, but the time-blindness seems similar/maybe a point of needing similar tools?)

if you guys struggle with time, what do you do? do you use any of the common methods, do you do something weird that is surprisingly useful? has advice for other neurodivergencies helped you?

I reallyy hope this is a question I can ask here, if not I'll just move it to our profile but we have an issue

We need to move our general member logging somewhere else other than the app, as it is shutting down. Unfortunately though, the only idea of how to go to a less digitalized format of doing so is focused on a member count Much Much lower than where we are now. So I'm asking for suggestions for alternative ways to go about logging both system members and fronts? Or a general question, (IF you do:) how do you go about logging such things?

entities beyond your system?

we are a (eco)system of 13 currently but we have some other guys in here who do not consider themselves a part of the system.

There is:

1 Normal Cat. Idk what's up with her, she is like a pet cat in headspace. Her name is Spot.

4 Ghosts. These guys are more complicated. taking on the names and voices of dead writers (despite not exactly being them), they carry or embody some negative emotion or trauma of ours and speak to us. depending on what they embody, they go from listless and overall harmless to actually kind of dangerous for us, trying to hurt us and the body and hijacking our voice hearing to torment us. it is rare that they can front. one of them, Virginia Woolf, defied any attempts to make her be the thing she was created as, became a member of the system and is now one of our happiest most optimistic and full-of-life members, despite being originally created to embody a suicide attempt at the age of ten. because of this there used to be 5 Ghosts. now there are four. She has a very strong force of will. before she joined the system we could feel her as a separate physical presence sometimes, usually to hold us back from doing something.

Do you guys have any entities in your head who aren't part of your systems? what are they like? how do you talk with them? what makes them different from your headmates?

When your body sleeps, how does dreaming work for y'all?
  • Do you dream of each other?
  • Can you interrupt each others' dreams?
  • Do you all dream, or can only one of you dream at a time (or at all)?
  • Other things we aren't thinking to ask related to dreams that y'all want to talk about? We're all ears!
